Marsy's Law in the Oklahoma Justice System Survey

Marsy's Law for Oklahoma SQ 794, the crime victims' rights constitutional amendment, was approved by voters in November 2018. This measure enshrined several rights into the Oklahoma Constitution so victims, survivors and their family members receive treatment equal to that received by those accused of crimes.

The intention of this survey is to gauge public sentiment about these constitutional changes and to evaluate Oklahomans sentiment on how these constitutional changes are impacting victims and survivors as they navigate the criminal justice system. This is a short survey that will only take 5 - 7 minutes and your answers will be kept strictly confidential.
